Event Support Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to support our events team. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of events of all sizes— from meetings to large-scale functions.

  • Set up and pack down event spaces according to client requirements
  • Deliver food and beverage services during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests and event hosts
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of function areas throughout the event
  • Assist with equipment setup where required
  • Follow RSA and WHS procedures at all times
  • Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation

About Your Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or events is preferred (but not essential)
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to follow briefs and adapt to changing requirements
  • A team player who can work under pressure
  • Flexibility, including availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Valid RSA certification is required
  • Physical fitness and ability to move equipment safely
