Conference & Events Attendant

We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our events team as Conference & Events Attendants.

This role involves setting up and packing down event spaces according to event orders and guest requirements, delivering food and beverage service during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events, liaising with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, timely service, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests and event hosts, monitoring cleanliness and presentation of function areas throughout the event, assisting with audio-visual or equipment setup where required, and following RSA and WHS procedures at all times.

About You
  • Previous experience in functions, banquets, or events is preferred but not essential.
  • You will require strong communication and guest service skills, the ability to follow event briefs and adapt to changing requirements, and a calm demeanor when working under pressure.
  • Flexibility is key in this role, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Additionally, you will need to be physically fit and able to move equipment and furniture safely.
