The ideal candidate will have previous experience in functions, banquets, or events, although this is not essential. What's more important is having strong communication and guest service skills, the ability to follow event briefs and adapt to changing requirements, and being a team player who can work calmly under pressure.

This role requires flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate will also be physically fit and able to move equipment and furniture safely.
