At Mondelez International, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of workplace relations and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for enterprise agreements, including negotiation and consultation with employees and unions.
- Provide expert advice on employment law and workplace relations, ensuring compliance with federal and state legislation.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes, including disciplinary and termination processes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Support change management processes, including analyzing legal risk and ensuring proper consultation and communication.
- At least 5-8 years' experience in workplace relations or employment law, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state legislation, including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
- Excellent technical understanding of the Australian legal system, including judicial bodies, court rules, and procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company in industrial tribunals and courts.
