**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Leader to join our team as Lead Educator - School Transformation at St Benedict's Catholic College, Oran Park.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving school improvement initiatives aligned to our vision and strategic plan. You will build a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive school improvement and achieve academic excellence.
  • Build capacity through your own professional development and supporting staff by providing access to effective continual professional learning opportunities, giving regular feedback, and managing performance.
  • Act strategically to promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the school community.
  • Ensure that school processes meet system, NESA, and legislative requirements.

**What We Offer**

We provide an attractive remuneration package, including a salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. You will also have access to excellent professional and leadership development programs tailored to your needs.

**Requirements**

  • A post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline (or working towards).
  • Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School in accordance with the Diocese of Wollongong's policy (or a commitment to acquiring within a 5-year period).
  • A Working With Children Clearance prior to commencement.

St Benedict's Catholic College is a semi-rural environment on 8 hectares, offering a range of subjects from Stages 4-6 and extra-curricular activities. Our college takes inspiration from St. Benedict of Nursia, the patron saint of students and the father of western monasticism.
