We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in delivering financial insights and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making that drives revenue growth and profitability.

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for owning and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting with a focus on sales, cost of sales, and raw material margins. You will also analyze and explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, translating financial data into actionable insights.

You will partner with leadership to drive margin improvement initiatives and monitor ROI on key commercial and operational projects. Additionally, you will provide financial decision support to sales, operations, and planning teams on pricing, product mix, customer profitability, and cost efficiency.

Influence commercial strategy through robust analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development. Support strategic planning and business reviews, including value add growth initiatives and operational efficiency programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
  • Experience in production and manufacturing environment advantageous.
