The RoleThere is a great opportunity to join Crown Melbourne as a Business Finance Partner (BP). In this role, the Finance BP will collaborate with senior finance leaders to support operational teams on all financial matters. The primary function of this role is to assist business units in setting and achieving strategic financial targets.
The Finance BP will ensure coherent financial operations by providing transparent insights into business performance. This clarity will highlight the financial impact of strategic decisions made by senior leaders and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities- Collaborate with senior finance leaders to provide analytical and commercial finance support to business unit managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct scenario analysis to understand financial impacts for changes in key assumptions.
- Identify and analyse critical financial trends and metrics to update rolling forecast information or budget assumptions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analyses to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation of reporting and reduced manual reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
