Are you a strategic finance leader seeking to drive operational impact in a mission-driven organisation? We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to lead financial and administrative operations across multiple locations.

The Role

This position operates under a dual reporting line to the CEO and Head of Business and Operations. It is a senior leadership role with responsibility for financial management, administration, and corporate services. You will proactively lead a team of professionals and play an active role in executive decision-making, strategic planning, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial operations, including statutory reporting, audits, payroll, budgeting, and compliance.">
  • Oversee administration, contract management, and corporate governance.">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.">
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, policies, and procedures.">
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including auditors, government agencies, and business partners.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a CFO or similar lead finance role.">
  • CPA (or equivalent) qualification, with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.">
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of finance, compliance, and administration systems.">
  • Experience in managing teams and multi-disciplinary operations.">
  • High-level discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.">
  • Exceptional accuracy, organisational skills, and time management abilities.">
  • Willingness to travel as required.">
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required employment screening checks.">
