As a Human Resources Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the People & Culture team, ensuring seamless execution of HR tasks
  • Conducting payroll checks, assisting with onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and helpful responses
  • Supporting key HR activities, including performance management, remuneration reviews, and employee surveys
  • Contributing to monthly reporting and assisting with data for compliance purposes
  • Collaborating on various HR administrative tasks, such as visa checks and exit interviews

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field, preferably recently completed or currently pursuing
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • A proactive attitude, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A willingness to develop and adapt in the role, embracing new challenges and opportunities
