Lead Beauty Brand Marketing at ZURU Toy Company

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Marketing Director to join our team at ZURU Toy Company.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver global plans across our beauty brands, building strong relationships with external key accounts, agency partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand marketing plans that achieve business objectives, including defining go-to-market activities for new geography, retailer, and NPD launches.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, ensuring profitable brand growth and deploying marketing resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create strategic growth plans for your brands, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Solid 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, particularly in the beauty or personal care space.
  • Strong foundational skills in marketing, especially brand marketing, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
