Pharmacist Role Overview

We are seeking a pharmacist to join our hospital's collaborative Pharmacy Department, providing patient-focused care and advancing clinical careers in a dynamic environment.

This role offers the opportunity to provide pharmaceutical care services, including education and medicines information, to consumers, carers and families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver comprehensive pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
  • To participate as an active team member, contributing to the provision of pharmacy services and supporting multi-disciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in providing pharmacy services, including dispensing and dosing.
