Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH), a leading tertiary referral centre, is seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join our collaborative and patient-focused Pharmacy Department.

Position Classification: Pharmacist Grade 1/2

Remuneration: $1543.03 - $2283.96 per week

Hours Per Week: 38

Where you\'ll be working: Royal North Shore Hospital

What you\'ll be doing

To provide pharmaceutical care to consumers within the NSLHD including pharmacist support to the service being provided. To provide education and medicines information services to consumers, carers and families, and other health care professionals. To participate as active members of multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
  • Commitment to participation in professional development and quality improvement activities.
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of Pharmacy services to consumers, carers and families requiring medication reconciliation, dispensing and dosing.
  • Proven ability to work independently and to establish effective collaborative working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and interagency networks.
