What We Offer

As a Manager at Nous Group, you will work in a client-facing role, collaborating with various teams to establish and deliver projects. This includes engaging clients and their stakeholders, conducting data analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports that provide actionable recommendations. You will also be responsible for managing small-to-medium-sized projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing thought leadership, and supporting high-performing project teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in organisational development, human resources, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, internal HR, or OD roles, with a focus on designing, facilitating, and implementing organisational improvements
  • Broad knowledge of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
Salary and Benefits

As a Manager at Nous Group, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from AU$120,000 to AU$180,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience.
