We are seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to deliver high-quality personal care and support to our valued residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in our residential aged care facility.

About the Role
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobilisation.
  • Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver person-centred care.
Key Requirements
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support (Aged Care).
  • Experience in providing personal care to the elderly, preferably in a residential aged care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathising and building rapport with residents.
  • A genuine commitment to improving the lives of older adults.
  • Strong organisational skills, working effectively as part of a team.
  • A police clearance, evidence of flu vaccination, and two Covid vaccinations.
