Senior Residential Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, individualized care to residents.
- Monitor and maintain the health and wellbeing of consumers.
- Ensure that care services are delivered in a holistic manner, taking into account residents' personal beliefs, values, needs, and culture.
- Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and privacy for all residents.
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 months' work experience as PCA within residential aged care, home care, or disability services is required.
- Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts are essential.
- Effective communication skills to engage with residents, families, and staff are necessary.
- A strong passion for working with the elderly is required.
- A valid police check and evidence of COVID vaccinations are necessary.
- Previous personal care experience (1 year preferred).
