Quality Improvement Officer

Delivering high-quality care is at the forefront of this role, and we're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Improvement team.

This permanent part-time position involves collaborating with the Governance team to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct clinical and operational audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support quality enhancement initiatives and collaborate with the Clinical Care team to implement best practice improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on compliance standards and quality frameworks to staff members.
  • Prepare for and respond to regulatory inspections and external audits by ensuring accurate records and data analysis.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in quality, compliance, or governance within aged care.
  • A deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A passion for enhancing the lives of older people and promoting service excellence.
