We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs
  • Implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and residents/representatives
  • Liaise with visiting medical officers and other health professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care needs
  • Deliver person-centred care using the 'Person Centred Care' approach
  • Supervise, manage, and monitor the standard of care delivered to our residents
  • Assess and plan residents' care needs on an ongoing basis and update documentation as per protocol
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care is desirable
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Complete a police check
  • 2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
