Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Solutions Leader to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformative sustainability solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert guidance on climate impact management and strategy development
  2. Partner with senior leaders to expand our Net-Zero Strategy Service, creating value for clients and scaling capabilities
  3. Mentor and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the quality and success of client engagements
  4. Act as a trusted advisor, forging strong, lasting relationships with clients, and driving business development
  5. Oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are profitable and aligned with strategic goals

Your Ideal Profile

You have close to 10 years of experience in professional services or a technical environmental role, with a strong academic background in environmental science, engineering, or economics. You possess unmatched expertise in carbon accounting, climate strategy, and risk management, and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
