Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop Environmental Solutions: Utilize principles of engineering, soil science, biology, and chemistry to create sustainable solutions for environmental problems.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on environmental policies and standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Research and Auditing: Conduct research and technical audits on the environmental impact of projects, analyzing data and performing quality control checks.
  • Resource Management: Develop effective resources management schemes to optimize utilization and improve environmental quality.
  • Systems Evaluation: Provide technical evaluation of systems to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable practices.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate the latest technologies into systems to enhance sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
  • Problem-Solving: Address complex environmental problems and develop solutions to prevent damage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with scientists, planners, and experts to achieve common goals.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and provide recommendations to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate plans, requirements, protocols, permits, and standard operating procedures.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven working experience as an Environmental Engineer.
  • Software Proficiency: Possess hands-on experience with analytical, mechanical, and compliance software (e.g., SAS, AutoCAD).
  • Critical Thinking: Show ability to think critically on both large and small scales.
  • Quality Assurance: Familiarity with quality assurance, documentation, environmental rules, regulations, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Possess project and personnel management skills.
  • Professional License: Hold a current professional engineer license.
  • Advanced MS Office: Demonstrate advanced MS Office skills.
