We are currently seeking an experienced Sustainability Leader to join our Sydney Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality sustainability projects from strategy through to execution. This will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders across various industries to develop tailored solutions that meet their sustainability needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on bespoke sustainability strategies and solutions to address their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Liaise with senior management, C-Suite, and Boards to ensure engagement objectives are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Develop market-facing materials and contribute to internal capability building through the development of tools and training.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members during client engagements and support their professional development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of sustainability solutions gained within a leading professional services firm.
  • A strong track record of delivery and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, presentation, facilitation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in a related discipline.
