As a Principal Structural Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile onshore/offshore projects, designing various structures and managing the workload distribution, training, and troubleshooting of the design team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Structural modeling, drafting of mainly steel structures, and preparing engineering drawings for high-profile projects.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Utilizing advanced engineering software and methodologies for structural designs.
  • Leading, supporting, and supervising the work of less experienced members.
  • Managing communication with different stakeholders and escalating potential bottlenecks.
