We are currently seeking a Principal Structural Designer to join our Engineering team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing the work of a team of structural designers.

About the Role

As a Principal Structural Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile onshore and offshore projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing structural models and drawings for steel structures
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Utilizing advanced engineering software and methodologies
  • Leading and supporting the work of less experienced team members
  • Managing communication with stakeholders and escalating potential bottlenecks
About You

We are looking for an experienced structural designer with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. You will have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in software such as AVEVA PDMS and E3D, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
