Complaint Resolution Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our centre of excellence for complaint resolution, you will play a vital role in delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants.

Responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end complaint handling process management for the Trustee office overseeing simple and complex superannuation complaints.
  • Influencing change to deliver a better experience for members and providing meaningful insights to identify, manage and prevent complaints.

Key qualifications and skills required:

  • At least 3 years' experience in financial services dispute resolution.
  • Desirable: superannuation experience.
  • Strong customer focus with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Effective decision-making and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience and tenacity.
  • Collaborative mindset.
