We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation and Change Expert to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland.

About the Team

Our team is dedicated to delivering change outcomes that benefit participants and stakeholders. We work collaboratively to provide a holistic view of agency change priorities and support effective implementation.

About the Role

As a Transformation and Change Expert, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the organisation, overseeing complex work across Service Design and improvement functions. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, planning, resource management, and decision-making for the team and assigned contractors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in establishing future state vision and stakeholder experience aligned with that vision.
  • Coordinating engagement with program and organisational leaders on future state vision and change leadership.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and quality deliverables to meet the needs of service users.
  • Managing stakeholder segments and advising on effective channels for change.
  • Developing, implementing, evaluating, and communicating change management requirements and plans.
  • Tracking changes in adoption, behaviours, and attitudes to drive insight and improvement.
  • Supporting the establishment of strategies to prioritise, sequence, and deliver changes.
  • Focusing strategically on participants, families, carers, providers, staff, and other stakeholders.

About You

To thrive in this role, you need:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve complex issues and risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in change management and driving organisational transformation.
  • Sound decision-making and judgement skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a government or large organisation.
  • Knowledge of service design principles and methodologies.
  • Australian citizenship.
