Organisational Change Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organisational change initiative. This critical role will focus on the people side of transformation, encompassing business process, systems, technology, job roles and organisational structures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in complex transformation projects, with expertise in:

  • End-to-end change management strategies to embed change into Business Units
  • Building capability to manage change
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including root cause analysis, value streams, service alignment and mitigating change impacts

A strong analytical and communication skillset is essential for this role, including impact analysis frameworks like McKinseys 7, Culture Web, BTOPP and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to establish relationships, facilitate presentations and consultations with both business and technical stakeholders.
