Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement group-wide strategies and initiatives aligned to the People and Culture transformation agenda.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver organisational development projects.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on organisational development best practice.
  • Identify and mitigate organisational risks, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Broad experience working across a wide range of disciplines within Human Resources.
  • Extensive experience in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of diverse Talent Management and Learning and Development strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of organisation development best practice, particularly around change management and developing organisational culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
