Clinical Leader for Oncology Services

As a seasoned clinical professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our oncology department. We are seeking an experienced leader who can provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Oversee the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Coordinate Nursing Care: Ensure the delivery of excellent patient and family centred care in a team-focused environment.
- Operational Direction: Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the team, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
About This Role:
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in an Acute Oncology or Day Infusion setting.
- Demonstrated management or in-charge experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care.
