The Centre Leader will lead our Oncology Clinic, reporting to the State Operations Manager.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity where you'll:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and contribute to a quality patient experience at the centre.
- Deliver on financial indicators and drive a dynamic culture within the team.
- Inspire individuals to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes and care for patients.
- Positively influence a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with stakeholders and building effective relationships across the business.
- Support Doctors and Referrer Engagement team to build key local relationships and drive clinical activity.
- Develop talent and build high-performing teams and employee engagement.
- Lead change initiatives to drive culture, quality, efficiency, and access.
Requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated acumen in people and process change management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.
- Previous oncology or healthcare experience.
- Capacity to successfully perform in a complex healthcare environment.
- Ability to prioritise and time manage in a demanding environment.
- Outstanding leadership skills with strong experience in liaising and influencing staff.
- Graduate-level qualifications in a relevant area, either Health Care or business-related.
