
Beverage Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled Area Manager to lead sales and profit growth within a designated territory. Your primary responsibility will be to execute pricing strategies that meet or exceed targets, while managing costs and ensuring optimal market share.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and excellent communication skills. They must also be proficient in CRM systems and able to compile detailed reports on sales performance, market intelligence, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profit Growth: Deliver sales and profit targets for a territory by executing pricing strategies and negotiating additional promotions with retailers.
- Portfolio Development: Build and enhance our product portfolio through strategic distribution, activation, and visibility initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Manage a set call cycle to maximize productivity, covering key customers locally and regionally, and ensure real-time data is recorded and maintained via CRM.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete and submit all reporting, expenses, and administrative requirements within deadlines.
- Market Intelligence: Compile a monthly report detailing achievements, market trends, challenges, and work plans, sharing insights with the broader business.
