Job Title: Property and Program Support Worker

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to provide efficient administration, property coordination and program support across our site. This role plays a crucial part in supporting adult and child victim survivors who have experienced or are experiencing family violence.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others. As a Property and Program Support Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the family violence residential properties, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients.

You will also be involved in providing administrative support, including data and record management, as well as assisting with program activities and events. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the family violence residential properties
  • Provide efficient administration and property coordination support
  • Support aspects of the program, including client support and program activities
Requirements
  • A minimum Certificate IV in Community Services or working towards tertiary qualification in a related discipline
  • A current paid Victorian Working With Children Check
  • A valid Victorian Driver Licence
  • Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
