Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a debtor's ledger and handle collections from delinquent accounts.
- Liaise with customers daily regarding their accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Review collection activities and outstanding account status weekly with your manager, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Handle collections from delinquent accounts, working closely with the customer to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have previous credit control and debt collection experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
