About the Role

This leadership position oversees recreation facilities and precincts, including leisure centre operations and tennis complexes. The role provides strategic direction for operational objectives.

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities to support operational goals.
  • Oversee leisure centre management contracts and leased recreation venues.
  • Plan and execute strategies to activate council key venues and recreation precincts.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A relevant qualification or extensive experience in sports, recreation, and/or community facilities management.
  • A current Class C driver's license.
  • A Certificate IV in pool operations or similar.
  • Experience managing large multi-faceted aquatic and recreation venues.
