Our organization empowers customers through technology innovation.

We seek a skilled Cloud Solution Architect with expertise in Security, Identity, and Access Management to drive customer security and AI transformation on the Microsoft Platform.

This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and us, helping customers to leverage their investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) spanning Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity, and Access Management.
  • Support customers through the adoption lifecycle, planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization, driving Microsoft security product utilization.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and propose high-level solutions, collaborating with Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption.
  • Align individual skilling with team demands and Customer Success goals, accelerating customer outcomes, sharing expertise, and contributing to IP creation.
  • Run architectural design sessions to build plans for implementing solutions, governing design in line with customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders in developing complex Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of customer-facing experience, technical projects, and certifications in Cloud, Security, or related areas.
