We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team at Temperzone's Melbourne office. This role plays a crucial part in promoting our customer-centric culture among our existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

Job Summary:

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring high-level representation of Hitachi and Temperzone.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations, focusing on strategic account and territory management.
  • Conduct a minimum of 8 face-to-face customer visits per week to foster strong relationships.
  • Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers, driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement supply plans with domestic builder programs, championing Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Achieve monthly budgets for both Temperzone and Hitachi, aligning with market trends.
  • Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends, providing strategic account and territory management support.
  • Champion Temperzone and Hitachi products, offering high-level sales support to trade, commercial, and residential customers.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with established brands or projects, showcasing proven sales history in HVAC or associated industries.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management, excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • A good understanding of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape, along with the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Sales process or management qualifications, with a trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical being advantageous.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is also advantageous.
