We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our enterprise sales division. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you'll be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, developing sales strategies, and leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue growth and meet profit goals.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage new alliances, OEM relationships, and partner channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to end-users, SI, BI, and ISV partner communities.
Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in data management or high-tech enterprise software sales.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, including team management, strategy development, and execution.
- Proven ability to engage, negotiate, and win new relationships at CXO level in targeted markets.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS, Cloud, Analytics, Database, Data Governance, and ETL technologies.
- Ability to speak and present to large business audiences at conferences and industry forums.
- Team player with a positive attitude, good customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
