","- Minimum 7 years sales experience, with ideally all or a majority in B2B environments
- 5+ years in contract/account management, including 3+ years in face-to-face or field sales with a proven track record in forecasting, managing, and growing sales pipelines.
- Expert at forecasting and driving sales and margin performance.
- Skilled in building and optimizing high-quality sales pipelines (volume, value, win rates, velocity).
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, using Excel (or similar) to identify customer opportunities and prioritize actions.
