The Relationship/Trust Manager role is a mid-level position based in Perth, Australia.
This position involves ensuring clients receive exceptional service in the management of their Trust accounts. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, monitoring and managing book of accounts, collaborating with specialist teams, and resolving complex matters in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Understanding client needs and administering Trust accounts in accordance with governing documents, legislation, and company policy.
- Monitoring accounts and ensuring awareness of compliance, including overdrawn accounts, uninvested funds, Governing Document Reviews, court orders, trust deeds, Wills, and regular controls.
- Collaborating with Advisers, Investment Specialists, Tax specialists, Property and Operations team, and Paraplanners to support service delivery and client experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Trustee, Financial Services, Risk and Compliance, Dispute Resolution or Legal environment.
- Experience working in a client-centric business environment.
- Fiduciary knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
