About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead generate and create pipeline of new business opportunities within your market, managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.

Responsibilities
  1. You will headhunt to identify and attract outstanding candidates, using a variety of sources from in-house database, social media and advertising.
  2. Building long-lasting client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling.
  3. Meet clients, understand their business needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
  4. Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own business.
  5. Staying up to date with changes in your market and industry, attending events on behalf of Opus.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, an outstanding work ethic and a driven ambitious determined and competitive mind-set, possessing some face-to-face or telesales experience.

Your estimated salary range will be around $50,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on performance and experience.
