Our Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated Member Support Consultants (MSCs) to join our team. As an MSC, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us.
Your Role
You will be responsible for achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. As an expert in all things Goodlife, you will seamlessly transition between sales and lead generation, providing 'best-in-class' customer service on the reception desk and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to club sales budgets by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create positive and personalised member journeys
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience
