Fitness Career Opportunities with Goodlife Health Clubs

Goodlife Health Clubs is a leading fitness organisation in Australia, providing improved health, well-being and a sense of accomplishment to over 270,000 members across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Member Support Consultants (MSCs). As an MSC, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base by inspiring people to begin their wellness journey with us.
The Role:
- Sales Activities: Achieve membership growth goals through proactive sales activities, including generating and converting high-quality sales leads, providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, and creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk, including resolving customer queries and concerns, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
About You:
- You have current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- You possess excellent communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathising and influencing others.
- You have tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
- You are customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
What We Can Offer You:
- A competitive package including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, superannuation and uncapped commission.
