We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs. This is an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career in the fitness industry.
Job DescriptionThe Member Support Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base by inspiring prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us. This includes achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively contributing to club sales budgets using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieving required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating positive and personalised member journeys through interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
A competitive package including an estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum (base salary) + uncapped commission, making it one of the highest paying jobs in the industry.
