Job Role Overview

This high-impact position involves shaping supplier partnerships to drive commercial success. As a Contract Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of supplier contracts from negotiation and execution to performance and renewal.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies.
  • Draft and execute contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and service levels with Legal and Category Managers.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and manage price adjustments.
  • Track and realise commercial benefits with Finance and Category Managers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Law or Business Management degree.
  • Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
