ERP Architect Job Description

As a senior-level consulting position, this role provides consistent high-quality and innovative solution leadership to sales and project teams. The ERP Architect will lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for trusted, long-lasting customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through content-driven pre-sales in defining fit-for-purpose solutions for solving customer business problems. They will lead implementation projects to drive customer business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage solution needs for professional services on assigned sales opportunities
  • Bring Oracle Cloud experience to customer engagements to build credibility and trust
  • Strategize the solution and deployment approach, craft RFP responses, and estimate a fit-for-purpose solution for winning deals
  • Manage sales objections between Oracle and customers to achieve a positive outcome
  • Lead implementation projects to help customers achieve their business outcomes
  • Drive the opportunity's solution management aspects for clients and prospects
  • Establish strong, lasting, and collaborative relationships with Oracle X-LoB teams to ensure the success of Oracle Consulting ANZ
  • Ensure the success of each engagement both financially and from a customer satisfaction viewpoint

Requirements:

  • Strong track record with 10+ years of opportunity management domain experience, 5+ years with Oracle Cloud, and substantial interaction experience with customer executives and decision-makers
  • 3+ End-to-End Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud
  • Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to Oracle Cloud, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
