About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Maintenance Division in Perth, WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to take the next step in their career and work with a dynamic team in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site mobilization of personnel, including training organization
  • Payroll and timesheet processing
  • Travel bookings, including flights and accommodation
  • Uniform ordering
  • Invoicing and monthly reconciliation
  • General office administration and data entry duties
Requirements
  • Good attention to detail with written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and maturity to liaise professionally with staff, management, clients, and customers
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Friendly and helpful work ethic with a positive outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Valid Australian driver's license
