Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Consulting Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced consultants or those with product strategy experience in consumer and business banking.

The successful candidate will work on consulting engagements for our clients in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. They will provide advice and problem-solving skills to drive growth and profitability in our clients' payments businesses.

Typical engagements may include strategies to improve customer engagement and retention, acquisition strategies for targeted customer segments, enhancing digital customer experience, profitability optimisation assessment and credit risk optimisation initiatives and analysis.

  • Prepare client proposals and project plans.
  • Prepare project materials including interview guides and data requirements.
  • Undertake client interviews collecting and analysing inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information.
  • Manage junior team members including Associates, Analysts and Interns.
  • Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or banking product strategy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a passion for the power of analytics to yield insights.
