Key Executive Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the payments customer success team. The executive manager will be responsible for driving growth in payment products and improving client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy to drive payment product growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Promote new business acquisitions and cross-sell initiatives for payments products within Business Banking and Institutional Banking and Markets.
  • Work with marketing and corporate affairs to increase client awareness of payment products.
  • Provide pre-sales consultation services to high-value clients and support complex deals.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for frontline teams on behalf of the payments product team.
  • Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within CBA to ensure alignment and meet expectations.
  • Collaborate with product managers to deliver critical payment initiatives aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in payments, transaction banking, or corporate development.
  • The ability to deliver clear and compelling written and verbal updates to senior executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in leading small teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • A university degree qualification in a relevant field such as business, economics, technology, or law.
