Building Success: A Senior Role in Construction and Infrastructure

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our market-leading team. In this role, you will drive landmark construction and infrastructure projects from mining and renewables to major commercial developments.
You will work closely with innovative Partners in a hands-on role, owning contracts, negotiations, and full project lifecycles. You will shape business growth and mentor junior colleagues.
- Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiations across diverse high-profile projects
- Drive key construction and infrastructure matters from start to finish
- Collaborate with senior Partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver success
- Mentor and support junior colleagues and foster professional growth
- Engage in business development and client relationship building
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Construction/Infrastructure/Projects
- Highly developed communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- A proactive approachable attitude with the ability to guide and support others
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
