Join a market-leading team as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, driving landmark construction and infrastructure projects—from mining and renewables to major commercial developments. Work closely with innovative Partners in a hands-on role, owning contracts, negotiations, and full project lifecycles, while shaping business growth and mentoring junior colleagues.

Duties
In this role you will:
- Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiations across diverse, high-profile projects
- Drive key construction and infrastructure matters from start to finish
- Collaborate with senior Partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver success
- Mentor and support junior colleagues and foster professional growth
- Engage in business development and client relationship building
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years' experience in Construction/Infrastructure/Projects
- Highly developed communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- A proactive, approachable attitude with the ability to guide and support others
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
