We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of our Melbourne CBD Office Refurbishment project. This 12-month program will require strategic planning and execution, making it an ideal opportunity for experienced professionals.
- This role involves coordinating with subcontractors and relevant trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- You will be responsible for monitoring progress and implementing quality control measures to guarantee the project meets our high standards.
- A strong focus on safety will be essential in this position, as you work closely with the Site Manager to develop and enforce policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on large Commercial projects, with a deep understanding of construction methods and processes.
In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Able to motivate and lead a team
