We are seeking a visionary and accomplished leader to play a key role in shaping the educational experience for our children.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and leading teams to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to develop and implement innovative curriculum ideas
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational programs
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and partnerships
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and engaging learning experiences that foster a love of discovery and exploration in our children.
- Mentor and support educators to enhance their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being.
